Are You or a Family Member a Victim of the Las Vegas Massacre?
We are lead counsel in the Orlando Pulse Night Club Shooting and represent 75 people.
Currently, we are investigating claims against all responsible parties including the hotel, concert venue, and gun dealers.
Life was forever altered for hundreds of individuals, their friends and their families when chaos erupted during a concert at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 1, 2017. What quickly became the largest mass shooting in U.S. history produced devastation and injuries on a scale rarely seen in U.S. hospitals. Most victims suffered horrifying unusual fracture patterns, shredded soft tissue, torn aortas, traumatic brain injuries or bruised internal organs from bullet strikes. Furthermore, patrons who were attempting to safely escape the gunfire experienced injuries from running and trampling. Rehabilitation for seriously injured victims will depend on a game of millimeters or centimeters, when considering the point of injury, with most facing trying years on the road to recovery.
If you or a person you love were a victim of the tragic mass shooting at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, you may have a claim to receive financial compensation for any injuries you incurred. If it is found that the attack was aided by the negligence of the resort property owner, you may be eligible to recover damages for medical bills, pain and suffering and other damages.
We are currently representing over 75 brave victims and family members of the Pulse Nightclub shooting, and we know how life can change forever in one minute for families and the entire community. Having a strong support system is integral in finding a way to move forward. Our hearts are with you all.
